Sony Vaio W-Series netbook
Sony have finally entered the netbook market after famously saying that they were a ‘race to the bottom’ with the W-Series although they are trying to tell us that the W-Series is “a chic new line of mini notebooks.”
The W-Series netbook offers the same basic specification as many other models with an Intel Atom processor, 1Gb RAM, 160Gb hard disk and Windows XP. What it does give that is a little different from the rest is a 10.1 inch with a higher resolution of 1,366 x 768 pixels, which will feel like you’ve got a lot more screen than a standard 1,024 x 600 resolution.
